About the artist
As a lifetime pet owner, Jim Lindem knows how rewarding it is to have a
permanent, visible memory of your pet.
Jim received his B.A. degree in Commercial Art and Advertising from the
University of Minnesota. He earned local and state awards in Minnesota and
Iowa while completing his education, and later as a display advertising
artist.
He continued his love of painting while raising a family and working in
sales and marketing, but accepted commissioned paintings as time permitted.
Jim has been a full time artist for several years and regularly exhibits his
work in various venues.
Jim has lived in the Reno/Sparks area for 16 years, and prior to that, 10
years in the Monterey Bay area of California.
The artist is also for hire for other customized paintings such as
landscapes, seascapes and portraits.
About the Art:
Choose sizes from 8 inches by 10 inches up to 36 inches by 42 inches.
All artwork is oil on canvas and is priced affordably from $200 and up
depending on size and complexity.
