About the art:
The evening wraps are made of angora and silk yarn and are complimented with metallic
threads of copper, gold, and other colored, high end materials. The artist
has shown and sold her work in galleries from San Francisco to Carmel.
The wraps which are all personally handcrafted, are available to order for a deposit
and cost between $70 - $160.
About the artist:
Escharose learned to crochet at Santa Cruz Bible Church.
"We named our group the Knit Wits! I only learned two stitches and all of a sudden the magic of beautiful yarn and colored gold and copper threads became a swirl of perfection. I sold all my first cache in twenty minutes to a gallery in Carmel. Of course, I was motivated to do it again and again, which I have done. I love to create with colors and yarn of high end materials for the woman with "bling"!"
