Recommended Salsa Music
(Music-CDs)

How much money have you spent on music-CD's
and end up with only one or two songs on a CD
you actually
like?
How much time did you spent asking people for
tips just to get that one song you just heard?
This is a very expensive and time consuming way
to find
what you like.
Our team made the same experience and spent
hundreds of dollars and lots of time until they
had the music they like.
This is the music we play at our classes and
dances. This is the music which is so popular in
our community.
Why not benefit from many years of experience of
our team and save a lot of time and money?
We spent over 5 years getting a great
collections of Salsa music together which we
also play during our popular classes.
We offer a comprehensive list of favorite Salsa
songs which we play during our classes & dances.
Because of copyright laws we can not sell copies
of the music but we can offer for a fair price a
list which contains all the favorites songs.
Because this is a comprehensive list
of songs and not a CD with the actual songs, you
are flexible making your decisions because you
can pick the songs from this list before you
purchase any CD.
These are songs you also hear at events and in clubs.
You can spend $25 on one or two CD's and be
lucky or you can get this comprehensive list and support a small independent local
Salsa organization.
We do the research for you!
We buy the CD's, determine the speed and type of each
song, review and rate.
Available electronically (MS Excel format) or as
Hard Copy. The electronic version has the
advantage that it has features such as sorting
and filtering.

General suggestions:
You have to ask yourself for what purpose do you want to
wear the shoes: a dance class or a dance event.
Some people wear the same of dance shoes for both, class
or event because they feel better with them.
Most shoes are black.
We do not suggest to dance with your bare feet because
we have seen many injuries and long-term strains.
All shoes:
All shoes should glide well enough on wooden floor but
should not be too slippery.
We do not recommend to wear tennis shoes because they do
not glide.
They all need to fit and feel well in order to avoid
blisters or injuries.
We strongly recommend that you try on your shoes before you
purchase them.
Dance class shoes:
We listed below some recommendations of brands for dance
class shoes.
Some people feel more comfortable wearing for example
basket ball shoes which do not have too much traction in
order to allow easy spins and turns.
Dance Event shoes:
Some people wear more classy shoes for dance events.
Some prefer to wear their professional dance-class
shoes.
The professional dance class shoes have a modern design
which might allow to fit for dance events.
As long as they provide you comfort (not blisters), good
gliding capability (for spins and turns) and are not too
slippery, we think they are good.
Your feet will thank you!
