Interactive & entertaining Dance
lessons: This is perfect for any group events. Our method differentiates us from any other dance teacher or dance class. Our dance lessons are not just lessons but designed to offer interactive entertainment. We know from experience how hard it is to make people feel comfortable dancing. That is why we specialize in attracting people and helping them feel comfortable, not intimidated by anyone! People love this and the response is overwhelming. They dance with each other and learn a few nice and easy Salsa moves. Our music is the "best of" -- in our years of experience we have found the songs that are the people's favorites. We can also adjust to the style of salsa music you like. More Cuban? Puerto Rican? Reggaeton? Cumbia? International? No problem! We specialize in delivering the right balance between teaching and entertainment. Usually, we have two instructors attending the events (one male and one female). Performance: Sizzling Salsa Rueda performances enhance any event and attract the people. In just five years, we have given over 60 performances, supporting community, corporate, non-corporate and private events and have excited everyone. Dancers are selected and organized from among our students. Typically, we perform to Salsa songs from our own CDs. But we can also perform to live music. Performance plus Interactive Dance Lesson: This is very popular. Chose a combination of the two above. A combination would be a Salsa Rueda performance followed by fun interactive instruction. |

Our instructors have taught Salsa Rueda
with us since 2001. We teach 8 classes every week to
one hundred enthusiastic people. Our instructors speak
multiple languages such as Spanish, English, German,
and Hebrew. They have choreographed and directed over 70 performances in the last 6 years organized with people from the community supporting community events, parties and many other events. Check out "Photo Album" and "Our Team and Bio" in "About Us" on the left. |

Only Performance: Plan 10-15 minutes for 1 to 2 songs. Typically we perform to one Salsa song (about 5 minutes). If time allows, we perform to two Salsa songs with a short introduction between the performances. This lasts about 15 minutes. Only Instruction for entertainment: Plan 1 to 2 hours. The duration might be 2 hours if a very large group is involved. Because we do not just teach but deliver also a lot of interactive fun and dance, we suggest to plan 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |

| Scheduling: | ||

Performance: For performances we prefer 6-8 weeks in advance notice because we recruit our dancers from the community followed by 3-5 rehearsals. With one rehearsal per week, we need 3-5 weeks lead-time. If we perform to live music, we prefer one dress rehearsal with the band. Instruction Please, schedule at least 3 weeks ahead of time. In urgent cases, we can make adjustments. Most instruction are requested during the weekend or on a Friday. The earlier you schedule, the better, because we need to arrange with the schedule of our instructors. |

Fees: Always contact us because we give discounts to such as Non-profit. Our fees are flat fees independent on how many instructors we bring. The fee ranges from about $100 to $300, pending type of event, how many people, if you want just instruction for entertainment or also a performance. It also depends where you are and if you want us to bring a professional sound system and if you want us to provide music for the entire event (being also the DJ). In any way, we require to hook up a wireless headphone set and our CD player with pitch control. |

Option 1: Instructions for entertainment (no
performance) for small parties or event (about 10-30
people): $100 within Santa Cruz county (10 mile driving radius). Contact us if it is farther away. Non-profits and schools get discount. We ask to include our instructors in food and beverages for the event. This also supports the bonding process and makes people more comfortable. See "Sound System" and "Driving Fee" for additional fees. |

Option 2: Instructions for entertainment (no
performance) for larger parties or event (more than
30 people): $150 within Santa Cruz county (10 mile driving radius). Contact us if it is farther away. Non-profits and schools get discount. We ask to include our instructors in food and beverages for the event. This also supports the bonding process and makes people more comfortable. Option 3: Instructions and performance or
just performance: $200 within Santa Cruz county (10 mile driving radius). Contact us if it is farther away. We charge a flat fee of only $200 for the entire event, regardless of how many instructors come and how many people attend your event or how long we stay. We ask to include our instructors in food and beverages for the event. This also supports the bonding process and makes people more comfortable. Fee for Sound System: We require to hook up a wireless headphone set and our CD player with pitch control. - $25 for for our small sound system (amplifier with built speaker, wireless headphone set, CD player with pitch control). - $50 for professional sound system (amplifier, 2 speakers, microphones, wireless headphone set, CD player with pitch control) during the instructions or performance. - $100 for professional sound system (amplifier, 2 speakers, microphones, wireless headphone set) if you want us to play music during the entire event or after the instruction. This saves you a DJ. |

| Driving Fee: There is no driving fee if the event is with a 10 mile driving radius. Beyond that we need to charge 50 cents per mile starting from start of our location to your location and back. The total mileage will be determined using mapquest.com as guidance. |
